For example if you buying a $350,000 home and the inspection fee is around $600, the inspection fee is less than 2/10 of a percent of the cost of the home! The cost of a Virginia home inspection is a bargain!
If the inspection turns up little wrong with the home (few of our thorough home inspections do), you've bought some relatively inexpensive peace of mind. If the inspection finds serious problems (many do), then the few hundred dollars you invest in a home inspection could end up saving you thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. If you hire an inexperienced home inspector major problems are more likely to be missed. Having an inspector learn on your time can cost you much more than you saved initially.

EASY TO READ HOME INSPECTION REPORTS: When terms like unsafe, hazardous and immediate
corrective action are called for they are used in a clear and easy to understand format. We do not
play word games or clients to monitor conditions rather than take the necessary corrective actions.
TIME SAVINGS: We know our clients are in a hurry to get their typed report. Before the next business week after your inspection we will mail your home inspection report and or fax a copy of your home inspection report to you and mail copies of the report to you and your attorney all requiring written consent including name and address.

Our cost varies depending on a number of circumstances. The type of work we are preforming, number of employess on the job, type, quality and number of materials. You will find though we are very competitively priced and give other contractors a good run for the money.
VALUE TO OUR CLIENTS: Initially some of our clients may pay a little more or about the same amount for the work preformed, but ultimately they save money! Short term savings occur from having the immediate problems that would not lead into more serious problems in the future repaired. Long term savings occur since problems with the home can be remedied before additional damages are incurred.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?: Our thorough and patient contractors will take time to explain everything you need to know about your new home to you and answer your questions! Our work and/or materials may cost may be a little higher but the added value and peace of mind you obtain is well worth it. But keep in mind we do everything in our power to save you the time and money by negotiating with our suppliers to ensure the best deals we can get to pass on the saving to you.

TIME SAVINGS: We know our clients are in a hurry to get their work completed and pay their invoice so there is nothing to worry about and it's all said and done with. Our scheduling will be at the first possible opportunity and most convenient date and time for you. Opon completion of the work, we will submit an invoice to you to within a couple business days to close out the work order. If the issue to be resolved is in emanate danger to your personal saftey or to your personal belongings we will have it listed as a emergency service call and even if we are on a current job come to a stoping point where we can drop what we are doing and rush as fast as the law will allow to your residence or business and start to remedy the issue at hand.
